The Garden Road School

The Garden Road School Annual Appeal 2010

Dear Friend,

As The Garden Road School approaches its tenth anniversary in 2011, we’re so proud of the many children who pass through our classrooms on their way to becoming creative, joyful and compassionate inquirers, capable of innovative thinking and confidently connected to the world around them. Your dedication and that of all our students, educators and friends has resulted in a supremely special place where our children fearlessly grow into themselves.

Every special place needs special people to support it. Your Annual Appeal gift provides vital general operating funds, which are not fully covered by tuition; enables ongoing development of our classrooms, playground and garden; and allows for future planning.

We know that you share our commitment to inspiring education. Please give as generously as you can to this year’s Annual Appeal. With many thanks and with best wishes for the holiday season from all of us at The Garden Road School.

Sincerely,

Donna Mikkelsen
President

"I wish there had been a Garden Road School for my own kids. The whole place is a tribute to the energy, inspiration, and intelligence of its founders and staff. If we ever get the educational changes as a nation that we so desperately need, it will come from quiet little 'can do' places like the Garden Road, not from Harvard or Washington. I heartily endorse this school."
